Some arguments deserve a proper judgment.

    Both parties swear the oath

    Each side agrees to accept the ruling of the Court, whatever it finds.

  2. II.

    Each side is heard alone

    Statements are submitted in private. Neither party sees the other's account.

  3. III.

    Judgment is engrossed

    The judge deliberates and returns a written ruling. It is final.
